Welcome! You're the lucky recipient of a rare "Buddy Code" that will grant you special access to both award-winning games, City of Heroes and City of Villains.
Players have created millions of unique heroes and villains and set off to fight crime in Paragon City™ or become infamous villains in the Rogue Isles™. With this "Buddy Code" free trial the only question is whether to protect Paragon City as a crime fighting hero or help the evil Lord Recluse™ bring it to its knees!
How Does This Buddy Code Trial Work?
Buddy Code accounts require payment information to be entered at the time of creation. When using a credit card to activate the account, the account will be automatically billed as soon as the trial time ends. To ensure that you are not billed at the end of your trial, you must deactivate the recurring billing from your PlayNC master account before the trial time ends. At the end of the trial, because this is a Buddy Code trial, you do not need to purchase the City of Heroes® or City of Villains® games. They are both included as part of this Buddy Code trial. Subsequent months can be paid for using game time cards (purchased at retail) or the payment method you selected to initiate this Buddy Code trial. You will be able to continue using your character(s) from the initial Buddy Code trial.
Simply follow these instructions and you will be playing City of Heroes®/City of Villains® in no time!
Note: You will need to use the 20-digit serial code that was provided to you.
This Buddy Code trial (serial code) can only be used to create a new account and cannot be applied to an existing City of Heroes®/City of Villains® account. It can only be used once and is non-transferable.
